Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.

Please note pre-order items ship separately once stock arrives (usually 2–3 weeks from your order date) — check the product page for specific pre-order timing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Scrub Heaven gear. If something's not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Final sale / clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange

To start a return or exchange, head to our Returns Portal and enter your order number to get started.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.
